Hi,

I recently bought Hexographer, and the very first map I made is of Rasilon.

Is it ok for me to put the map here for others to use?

Its just the map made with hexes and with the region divisions over it.

Thanks,
Eduardo

If Wiggy is ok with it, I can send the Hexographer file to anyone interested. Maybe someone can finish it, or make it better. Smile

Very nice Mr. Green

My only preference would be for a lighter colour for the regional borders (and maybe as a dotted line) - but that's very much a minor quibble Wink.

The Glittersands desert should really be sandy. It's cold, but still sand.

Other than that, no problem with you sending the file around the web, so long as there's a disclaimer on the map stating it's based on a TAG original. Have to protect our copyrights.

Chapeau, my friend! Very Happy

If your time and abilities permit you should add icons for settlements and their names too, to conserve the classic D&D feel.

I'd love to get a copy of that! I'm starting a campaign where travel time could be critical and hexes will likely help with that.

Nice, I love hex maps. My favorite fantasy map is the old Darlene map for World of Greyhawk.

What is the scale per hex?

25 miles per hex, roughly.

This makes me want to see this as an old 8-bit map, from something like the original dragon warrior game Razz

Well, I believe I send the map to those that asked for it. In case I forgot someone, drop me a private message with your mail and I´ll send it.

I also added a note that it is based on the original Hellfrost map of Rassilon.

I also changed the Glittersand to sand, instead of ice, and diminished the political borders.

Someday, on my vacations perhaps, I´ll add the cities and other features. Smile
