Hi, I was looking for suitable miniatures that might fit into the Hellfrost setting, and came across this magnificent looking barbarian army.

check it out http://www.witchhunter.net/gallery_norsemans.html

This makes me want to play Hellfrost even more now! I am hoping that the setting will have room for some barbarians. I'm certianly going to include some.

The nice thing about the painters site is that he gives you the make of the model, if you click on the individual pictures.

If anyone else finds any minis they think would be good for Hellfrost, please let us know.

Cheers

They are nice. A lot of the plastic D&D minis are great for Hellfrost, especially if you need a ton of cheap orcs and goblins. Not everyone likes them, but I've spent a fortune honing my collection for Hellfrost (and Rippers)--frost giants, frost giant on a mammoth, orcs, ice devils, elementals, hero types, goblins, undead, frost dwarves, and more beside. Finally I'll have the book soon so I can use them Very Happy

Wargames Factory have quite a nice range of plastic Vikings and Saxons now. There are 32 minis in the box for stupid cheap; I'm finding them for $15.95 in the US.

They also have German and Celtic minis in the Roman line that would be great for Tuomi (chariots!)

Finally there are orcs without ridiculous underbites Smile

I ordered a box of orcs and a box each of Viking huscarls and bondi. I'll post a review when they arrive.
